Registration and Payment:
1.1. Registration must be completed in advance via our online platform or by phone.
1.2. Full payment is required at registration to secure the place.
1.3. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, cash, or electronic transfers.
1.4. Packages are strictly personal, valid for one individual only, and may not be shared or transferred.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
2.1. All event fees are non-refundable after payment. No refunds for missed registrations.
2.2. In unforeseen circumstances, participants may request rescheduling for the same value, subject to availability and Orient’Alp discretion.
2.3. Orient’Alp reserves the right to cancel or postpone activities due to insufficient participants, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Alternatives will be offered.
Code of Conduct:
3.1. Participants must be punctual.
3.2. Appropriate dance attire and footwear are required.
3.3. Respect toward participants and staff is mandatory.
3.4. Disruptive behavior may result in exclusion without refund.
Health and Safety:
4.1. Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions.
4.2. Participation may be refused if safety risks exist.
4.3. Safety instructions must be followed.
Liability Waiver:
5.1. Participation involves inherent risks assumed by participants.
5.2. Orient’Alp is not liable for injuries, damages, losses, or expenses.
Intellectual Property:
All website content is protected by copyright and owned by Orient’Alp.
Governing Law:
Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction lies near Château-d’Oex, Switzerland.
Photo & Video Consent:
Participants grant Orient’Alp irrevocable rights to capture and use images and recordings for promotional purposes.
Usage Rights:
Media may be used across promotional materials without additional consent or compensation.
Acknowledgment:
Participants and parents/guardians confirm acceptance of these terms.
Right to Object:
Objections must be submitted in writing before payment.
Third-Party Disclaimer:
Orient’Alp is not responsible for third-party use of public content.
Removal Requests:
Written requests for removal will be processed promptly.
By registering, participants accept these terms.
